For all my heroes and also for yours, whether they have won or lost their fight, I am continuing this beautiful adventure initiated by my daughter Emilie with this 2nd “mother-daughter to thwart cancer” challenge. 

Most of us are unfortunately affected in one way or another by cancer. I myself lost my brother and I have known several heroes who have either overcome their cancer, are still fighting to win their battle or have unfortunately lost it.

After taking on our first Mother-Daughter Challenge by raising more than $20,000 and crossing the Wadi Rum desert on foot in Jordan, Emilie and I decided to continue our involvement with the Cancer Research Society with this 2nd challenge. The goal is to jointly raise $20,000 for Cancer Research, after which we will compete at the 4 summits in central Tunisia!

By supporting me in my approach, you will contribute directly to the mission of the SRC, which is to finance research into all types of cancer in order to be able to prevent, detect and treat this disease.
